  - Our in-app SOS feature allows riders to quickly contact emergency services in case of a safety concern.


3. Privacy and Data Protection: We value your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly. By using Sista, you agree to our privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.


4. Trip Requests and Acceptance: Riders can request a ride by inputting their pickup and drop-off locations. Drivers can accept or decline trip requests based on their availability. We encourage drivers to promptly accept or decline requests to ensure efficient service.


5. Fare Calculation and Payment: Sista employs a transparent and fair fare calculation system. Factors such as distance, duration, and demand influence the fare. Payment is processed securely through the app, with options for cashless transactions.


6. Cancellations: Both riders and drivers have the right to cancel a trip. However, frequent cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension. We encourage users to cancel only when necessary and provide feedback for improvement.


7. Code of Conduct: Sista promotes respectful behavior and a positive environment. Users are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
