BOOK

Book your trip through the Sista app, and the driver’s gender you’re most comfortable riding with.

WAIT

Stay inside, or in a secure area until the app shows that the driver has arrived. Avoid waiting in the street with your phone or valuables in your hand.

CHECK

Check the details of the car, and the identity of the driver before getting in. You have the right to ask the driver to show you the contents of the boot before entering.

SHARE

Share your location, destination and the details of your driver with friends, colleagues or loved ones before starting a trip.

RIDE

Once in the vehicle, check that the purple Sista light is on. This indicates that the security cameras are on. If you’re alone, sit in the backseat so you can safely exit the vehicle if needed,

SOS

If you suspect danger, or feel unsafe, cancel your ride and dial 901. Sista also offers an SOS button in-app. Once hit, our 24/7 security reaction unit will be dispatched to your location.
